We truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Steph and her team. We hired Steph for her personality, organization, floral and design experience, and inventory, and she exceeded our expectations in every way. From start to finish, she brought such calm, confidence, and control to the process. As a very type-A person myself, I especially appreciated how organized and on top of everything she was while also making me feel noticeably calmer throughout planning and on the day itself.
Steph handled all vendor coordination and day-of logistics, including fully managing our dance floor rental, and leading timeline conversations with all vendors. When the day ran longer than planned (as weddings do), she and her team adjusted everything effortlessly while keeping the energy calm and joyful. The actual wedding just went incredibly smoothly with no stress to me, and that is fully because of Steph and team.
Steph also did our florals, and they were absolutely stunning!! I was (and still am) obsessed with my bouquet, and the entire floral process felt efficient, relaxed, and thoughtful.
Another perk of working with Steph was access to her inventory, which made planning so much easier. Not having to source, store, or resell decor afterward was such a relief.
Finally, we worked closely with Maddie on our wedding signage, and the process was easy. She shared the Canva files so I could make small edits myself, which made the experience feel collaborative and low-stress, and she/Steph handled all the ordering and displaying on the wedding day.

Stephanie planned our reception at the George Peabody Library, and did a fantastic job. Planning for this event was a particular challenge because we were out of the country for much of the time, but Stephanie handled everything beautifully, keeping us organized and getting our input very effectively across many timezones. We selected Steph’s partial planning/coordination package which technically starts 2 months out from your wedding day, but we engaged with Steph & Maddie multiple times before that.
